Viper Concrete’s fleet of mobile pump trucks, ranging in boom size from 32meter to 61meter will service your projects ranging from tight / limited access to extended reach requirement. Our Z-boom configuration on our 32meter, 36meter, 43meter and 52meter pumps provide ultimate performance for boom placement on projects with limited height restrictions and projects with obstacles to maneuver around for concrete placement. Our tried and true 32m, 36m, and 42m "roll and fold" pump trucks provide proven reliability in getting the standard application project done. With OSS (one-side-support) technology on our pumps, Viper Concrete meets and exceeds OHS regulations for “short-rigging”. This technology allows our pumps to set-up in a reduced area footprint while still reaching the full boom distance in safe operations – this is ideal for projects with traffic concerns – this saves both time and costs for road or lane closures. With the addition of our two big stick pumps, the 52meter Z boom and the 61meter boom pump to our fleet, we have two of the largest pumps in Canada, the 61meter being the largest. Viper Concrete benchmarks and leads the Alberta pumping industry as the first concrete pumping company to offer towers and placing booms to meet the escalating demand for concrete construction efficiencies in high rise construction. To date we have completed four towers; one at 48 stories, one at 26 stories, one at 14 stories and the other a 52 story.
